Refund and Returns Policy

Items shipped from https://www.signatureyashmagh.com/ can be returned or refunded as per the below policies:

Returns Policy

  1. You can return items up to 14 days after the delivery date.

  2. To be eligible for Free returns, items returned must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.

  3. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product.

  4. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.

  5. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will be refunded at the discretion of partially.

  6. If you selected self-shipping option, eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method and we will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction of shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s).

  7. If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, we may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with our general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.

  8. You can return items that were originally part of the promotion, but you will lose the promotional discount. For example, if the item you are returning is part of a “buy two, get one free” deal, your refund will be adjusted against the retail per-piece rate of the products you choose to keep after the return.

  9. Return of items can take up to one week for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our warehouse/logistic, allow for up to two business days for us to receive and process your return.

  10. Voucher Payment: Only product exchange is possible – voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash/ Gift card/ voucher in part or full.

  11. Corporate Gift card Payment: Only product exchange is possible – card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash/ Gift card/ voucher in part or full.

  12. After the return is processed, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show up depending on the refund method you chose. The amount will be refunded in Dirhams (UAE), and is according to the conversion rate at the time the refund was issued.

  13. Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygiene reason i.e., Sprays/ undergarments once seal is opened, etc.

  14. The Management reserves the right to amend or update this policy without any prior notice.

Refunds Policy

When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Your refund and how your refund are issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.
After the return is processed, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show up depending on the refund method you chose. The amount will be refunded in Dirhams (UAE), and is according to the conversion rate at the time the refund was issued.

Note: Your refund request will be processed and you will receive a refund confirmation email notification. However, it may take five to seven business days for it to reflect on your bank or credit card account.
